David Roska, DO
Dr. David C. Roska, a veteran with 20 years in the U.S. Navy, brings his extensive expertise in Otolaryngology to the Jacksonville and Crystal Coast communities.
A graduate of Colorado State University and Des Moines University of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Roska specializes in a wide range of services, including nasal and sinus surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and cosmetic procedures. Known for his dedication to patient-centered and minimally invasive approaches, he strives to provide compassionate and comprehensive care.
Dr. Roska, together with his wife, Lisa, cherishes family life on the Crystal Coast as parents of four children, treasuring the time spent with their family.
Lizzy Rice RN, Aesthetic Nurse
Lizzy Rice, an RN Certified Aesthetic Nurse, brings a blend of compassion and expertise to Crystal Coast Cosmetic Care. A graduate of American Sentinel University, Lizzy has a diverse nursing background, including critical care and emergency medicine.
Awarded the Daisy Award for nursing excellence, she transitioned to medical aesthetics in 2021. Known for her skill in lip filler augmentations, Lizzy enhances natural beauty while prioritizing patient care.

Tammy, Administrator
Tammy was born and raised in Maryland. In 2014, she and her husband moved their family to the Crystal Coast of North Carolina as he was serving as an active duty Marine at Camp Lejeune.
She enjoys her work as an Administrative Patient Care Coordinator. This position combines her love of Customer Service and Aesthetics. “I truly enjoy building personal relationships with our patients and our team members.”
In her spare time she enjoys traveling in their family RV, spending days at the beach, and having cherished time with family.
